DEPOSIT
REQUIREMENTS |
DEPOSITS MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 14 DAYS TO RETAIN YOUR BOAT RESERVATION. A cash or check deposit equal to one day's rental rate will be required in order to reserve a boat. Reservation confirmation will not be sent. If paying cash, a total rental plus $50.00 is required when taking boat out. No-shows forfeit their deposit. Personal Watercraft requires a $400 deposit per machine. |
CANCELLATION POLICY
|
Cancellations made 7 days prior to reservation date will result in a 50% deposit refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days from reservation date may be partially refundable depending upon our ability to rent the boat to another party. A 100% deposit refund will be given when severe weather conditions such as lightning, thunderstorms, and high winds at the time the boat is rented preclude safe boating on West Point Lake. No-shows forfeit their deposit.

RENTAL BOAT DAMAGE |
Any equipment loss or damage to rental boats will result in an assessed fee or shop repair bill.No pulling or towing of skis, tubes, etc. is allowed. Sorry, no pets are permitted on rental boats. |
